• Shaking up the art scene bit, leaves will be portrait above console on left as you enter area ( floorplan to come tomorrow)

Dining Room - Final Design + Clickable Shopping List

Dining Room Final #1 | Total Cost $10, 433.45 | individual cost listed below board

• Thinking we wrap the wallpaper further to give your space a real edge and help to blend in that awkward angled wall

• positioned with armchair in the corner to help ‘fill pace’ up

• Table ETA is August, I understand that is a long time. It is reclaimed elm wood top and legs ( not veneer- so amazing quality)- again at trade pricing, so you can set & forget & I will be the one following up if you choose this option

• Chairs are more comfy, have introduced some black to add an accent, thinking eventually you could change the handles in kitchen to black

• Did you want pendants above the kitchen bench, happy to source if you like- ran out of time today :( sorry !!!

• Have balanced out artworks with a few different looks, helping create more interest and not so match match blendy

• I might not get a chance to record the video talk through as I want to tweak the little model so you can get an idea of the look ( amazing)..will do dst morning 11/12/21

• Additional brown chair - food for thought ? I like the grey…we just have to find a supplier that you can test out. Let me know in the feedback form :)

• Also some the links to the trade artworks won’t go anywhere as its designer access only, reach out if you require any further info.

• ONE LAST THOUGHT - the sky rug with the blue fleck in it looks better, what’s your thoughts on getting two the same colour…. I think it lifts the space more. In the above scheme its the stone colour.

Living Room with final Revision Total Cost $12153.00

• Chairs currently not in stock, won’t be able to find out until Monday. Other bentwood style chair is - however table is a long way away, so it might not make much difference.

• Option to have the armless chair down the side and 2 with arms at either end, or all the same. The Ones with arms are slightly bigger, both have the embossed detail on them

• Thinking 2 x Allure Sky Rug ( I have until Monday to change order- it just lifts the ldining more- have a look at the initial living final and this board & I’d be interest to see hear your thoughts

• Off to do the video now… and Monday 13/12/21 I can develop a retail shopping list if there is more then one product per vendor, and begin to get invoices for the trade orders.

• Might have a few things to nut out prior for e.g is it the oak floor lamp you prefer ?

Thanks for your patience on this one. Trade items are marked - all from the same supplier and all in stock, except the terrazzo side table with an ETA of early March. I can confirm these items would also come from the same supplier and freight costs would be less as they are being bought up from VIC to SYD (inclusive in price), and then I organise freight for you from there. I have already sent off to get the freight quote in case you want to proceed ASAP, it’s all ready to go.

DINING CHAIRS - have a good look online, as they are not timber / rattan :)

CUSHIONS - I can get you a small discount, please let me know if you would like me to order for you. Otherwise please be mindful of the sizes, they have been deliberately chosen to create a nice look. Price does not include inners, so you’ll need to add them to the cart - just reach out if you want me to do this part for you. There are some on the poolside concept which I am working on today.

I’ve included 3 x barstools, you could also go 2 ( could you let me know )
Rug size is 2 x 3 and below is the floorplan.

I envisage the hanging chair over near the garden more towards the fence line ( if you need help with this please let me know)

31/1/22 FInal Poolside

I’m hoping long cushion means the one on the lounger ? It’s a lovely neutral colour and comes with the lounge :)

The Basil Bangs Umbrella is a little expensive, this is the large 2.8, there are other sizes that you may want to explore or if its too outside your budget please let me know. You may want to look at their bases also, there is an option for one with wheels ( handy to move around) or stationary. They also have a cover you could buy as well :)
